The Agency is rolling out phase 2 of the Outreach Programme which seeks to visit producers, manufacturers and exporters of goods and services to assess their level of preparedness into export trade, publicize our programmes and offer guidance in export development.
The Agency through this program will be able to receive feedback from the exporting communities in areas requiring interventions either by the Agency or other players in the export value chain. By visiting producers and exporters under the programme, our officers will get an opportunity to go through the production, handling, packaging and the quality control processes used for different products and will be able to appreciate the various concerns raised by the companies as constraints hindering increased exports. The constraints identified will form the basis of appropriate interventions by the Agency through planned activities.
